How bitter are Autumn’s tears?
Once greenish leaves cling hopelessly to decayed time.
Timid winds play their dissonant tunes.
Credulous deer lose their path in falling foliage.
Love bloomed in beautiful spring fades in autumn’s gentle fog.
Once inseparable hearts go their separate ways.
O Autumn, why do you torment one’s desolate heart
And leave a sour taste in his crestfallen soul?

Sometimes it’s good to shed bitter tears
To wash away sorrows and pains of the heart.
Can one ever hold back Autumn’s tears?
